Shelby Tarleton is the owner of Pink Lady Lash in Austin, Texas, and host of the award-winning podcast, Lash Boss Radio. She speaks internationally at various beauty conferences, frequently judges lash championships, and even organizes her own annual Lash Boss Conference.

After owning a salon for several years, Shelby found that there was a need for better lash education in Texas. As it turns out, there are not many places to be licensed for lash extensions in our state. Our aim with Lash Boss University is to provide students with a strong foundation in both the artistry and science of applying for lash extensions.

Shelby is the lead instructor at Lash Boss University and is assisted by several master lash artists at Pink Lady Lash.
